By trade, I have been a practicing licensed massage therapist for over 20 years, personal lifestyle coach for six years and have recently become certified as an access bars practitioner November 2022. My personal journey has been one of immersion and hands-on learning. as a middle-aged woman with a teenage daughter, I have had multiple opportunities to put my tools to the test over the years. However, it wasn’t until I came to the realization that I am the only person I’m guaranteed to spend the rest of my life with, so I better learn to love myself a hell of a lot better than I have been.
