ForMyGluco

The official channel of ForMyGluco, a diabetes log app for iPhone: record your blood sugar, insulin and meals, see your estimated A1C, and take a PDF report to your doctor.

All features are unlocked for the first 30 days, with no payment. After that, viewing and editing your records, the PDF report and Excel export stay free; new entries need a plan. Doctor appointments are in Pro and Pro Max; meal logging is in Pro Max.

Short, narration-free videos show the app with sample (fictional) data and answer common questions with general information, not personal medical advice.

ForMyGluco does not measure blood sugar; it records the values you measure with your own device. It is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat or give dosing advice. Estimated A1C does not replace a lab result. Ask your doctor about treatment.

Your health data is never sold or used for advertising, and the app has no ads.

Built by a developer who has lived with diabetes for years.
