FootJar

FootJar is an essential tool for the career coaching industry. It is the software career coaches run their practice on. Every client on the roster gets an AI copilot that works under the coach's own brand: it tracks each application, drafts outreach and follow-ups, prepares the client for interviews, and holds every draft at a gate until the client approves it. The coach sees the whole practice on one screen, who is interviewing, who is stuck, who has gone quiet, and steps in where a person is needed. Clients see the coach's name and brand throughout. FootJar stays in the footer.
