Welcome to Food Talk New Mexico — Local Flavor. Local Stories. Local Pride.

Hosted by Carson Harris, Food Talk New Mexico celebrates the people, places, and flavors that make New Mexico’s food and beverage scene unique. We go beyond restaurant reviews to bring you interviews and behind-the-scenes stories from restaurants, diners, food trucks, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, bakeries, farms, markets, growers, and special food events across the state.

You’ll also be part of the show through contests, giveaways, People’s Choice voting, games, treasure hunts, and opportunities to recommend where we should visit next.

If you love discovering great food, hidden gems, and the people behind them, subscribe and join the Food Talk New Mexico community!
