Food 4U TV

Greetings & Welcome! I have always enjoyed story telling, both fact & fiction. For the past year, I've been doing in-person educational presentations in group settings. Great fun, limited scope/focus. So why not create short YouTube presentations on any topic, including viewer suggestions? Sounds like fun. I apologize in advance for the lack of video format quality - my thought is to give this a trial run & if there is audience interest/support, add format improvements, expand content, etc.

I want to provide the feel that it's just you & I, having a conversation, where I share a story or discuss a topic, maybe an interview, etc. Lets get to know each other, so please send comments, suggestions, ideas, etc. This is all for fun, so lets get started.
