Fitrah Fitness App

Fitrah Fitness — Wellness, Rooted in Islamic Values, Built for Muslim Women

Most fitness apps ask you to leave part of yourself at the door. Fitrah Fitness was built on the belief that Muslim women shouldn't have to.

"Fitrah" is the innate, God-given nature every person is born with, and it's the idea behind everything we're building. Fitrah is a wellness platform designed by and for Muslim women who want to grow stronger in body and spirit, without compromising their deen.

Modesty-first design, prayer-friendly scheduling, halal-minded nutrition guidance, and a space led by women, for women, built from the ground up, not bolted on.

This channel follows our journey building Fitrah: behind-the-scenes updates, the "why" behind what we're creating, and early looks at features as they come to life.

If fitness culture was never built with you in mind, this is for you! Welcome to Fitrah.
