First Pass Data

First Pass Data prepares, checks and submits item setup data for vendors who sell through the Exchange (AAFES). We take your file as it is (a system export, line sheet, spreadsheet or feed), check every field against the buyer’s rules, have a second person review every exception, and submit your items so your styles get item codes and your orders ship on schedule.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas. We sign a mutual NDA with you before you send any files.

Short videos here show how the work is done.

First Pass Data is an independent service provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer, military exchange or software provider.
