First Capitol Homebuyers

First Capitol Homebuyers is a local, family-run cash home buying company based in St. Charles, Missouri, the state's first capital and our home. We buy houses as-is, for cash, across St. Charles County, St. Louis County and City, and the surrounding Jefferson, Lincoln, and Warren County communities. No commissions, no fees, no repairs, no waiting on bank financing. Homeowners get a fair, no-obligation cash offer within 24 hours and can close in as little as 7 days or on whatever timeline works for them. Most of the people we work with aren't in a typical selling situation. They've inherited a property they don't want to maintain, they're navigating probate or divorce, they're tired of being a landlord, or they own a house that needs more work than it's worth putting in. Our job is to give them a simple, certain exit, with an offer we actually honor at the closing table.
