I empower women to thrive. We can heal trauma and chronic stress & pain by learning to listen to and trust our bodies. When we heal our Nervous System and begin to feel and embody our emotions and experience we create the health and capacity to show up for ourselves, our passions and our lives.
I'm a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, body therapist, yoga teacher, Grief therapist and Nervous System Educator. I help women heal the stored layers of patterns and conditioning that can keep you hidden, in distress or in pain.
When women heal trauma and step into our power, we create new possibilities for ourselves, our children and the world we live in.
