Finding the Missing Parts explores the psychological architecture underneath the metacrisis—the deeper patterns driving anxiety, division, and the rise of authoritarianism, and, more importantly, what we can do about it. I'm Dr. Kurt Christiansen, a clinical psychologist drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), complexity science, and developmental psychology to understand how the same forces that keep us stuck also pull entire cultures toward polarization and control.

Our goal is to build a deeper understanding of what’s happening while offering simple, real tools for coping and flourishing in this disruptive, accelerated time of change. Together, we’ll find a way to make this a more collaborative, compassionate, trustable world.
