Feast for the Soul

The Feast for the Soul is a spiritual practice immersion observed worldwide each year for 40 days, from January 15 to February 23. The mission of the Feast is to support participants in deepening their personal daily spiritual practices and creating local communities.

The Feast offers live teachings and meditations guided by a variety of esteemed teachers from contemplative traditions and philosophies. It is a volunteer-run program with teachers offering guided meditations and discourses online each day of the Feat, live, free of charge. 

The Feast holds a vision of a world at peace that surpasses the imagined boundaries of creed, culture, and philosophical beliefs.
