Farside Hiker

Sharing my travels as I trek and hike to see the far side of each trail. In 2024 I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail and completed 200 miles of the Continental Divide Trail before coming off for foot surgery, In 2025 I’ll be hiking the Camino Frances, and the Continental Divide Trail.
I am a Retired Military Officer, Iraq and Afghanistan War Veteran, World Traveler, Chef, and aspiring Thru Hiker. Taking the all-of-the-above approach to not growing old gracefully. Currently seeking The Fountain of Middle Age and living the quiet life in Montana.
On each of my videos is the same trailer, "FOR THE 22 Fortune de Guerre (Fortunes of War)". Each day on trail is dedicated to the 22 US Military Veterans who commit suicide each day. I understand the pain and the darkness. My hiking helps me move forward through PTS and other things. Come join me on the trail. It is a good place to find peace.
