Becky Kolb, Family Estrangement Coach

Family Estrangement Coaching for women navigating broken relationships with adult children, parents, siblings, in-laws and other family members.

Estranged family relationships can leave you carrying grief, guilt, shame & questions that seem impossible to resolve. I help women move forward - even when the relationship isn’t resolved.

I coach from experience as I have been on this road too with family estrangement. It has shaped how I coach. I’ve wrestled with the questions, second-guessing, grief and shame that accompany a fractured relationship.

I’ve also experienced reconciliation and restored relationships. But one of the most important things I learned is that we cannot control another person’s willingness to reconcile. What we can do is focus on our response and what we choose to carry forward - and how we live in the meantime.

I bring both my personal experience and professional coaching training to our work together.
