Fair Postage for Small Sellers

Fair Postage for Small Sellers documents the real cost of international orders for Australian small businesses. We examine receipts, explain complaint routes and follow cases through to their outcomes. Estimates and disputed charges are clearly labelled. This is an independent seller campaign, not a regulator or legal service.
