Pomóż Mi Żyć Foundation

The Pomóż Mi Żyć Foundation supports adults with autism and their families.

On our channel, we share everyday life at Pomorska Farma Życia (Pomeranian Life Farm), a unique care and therapy centre in Gdańsk, Poland, where adults with autism receive individual support, develop everyday life skills and build greater independence.

We share stories from our community, daily activities, special events, fundraising initiatives and the people who make our work possible.

Our mission is simple: to help people with autism live with dignity, safety and a sense of belonging.

Follow our journey and see how everyday support can make a real difference.

💚 Support our mission!

Polish taxpayers can donate 1.5% of their income tax to our Foundation.
