Found Physics Museum, Albany Branch

Albany, New York, USA, with nearly two centuries of physics history, is the home of the first Found Physics Museum. Found Physics plays off the Found Art movement by taking objects designated as art or architecture, or most anything else, and reconsidering them as exemplars or mementoes of physics principles. A concentration of found physics items constitutes a museum. In fact, anywhere can be a science museum if there’s a chatty science teacher or other enthusiast within earshot. The Albany Branch of the Found Physics Museum is, therefore, intended to be the first of many informal science museums created independently via YouTube by science fans, educators, and practitioners.
