Federation of Merchants' Associations, Singapore

Established in 1989, The Federation of Merchants' Associations, Singapore (FMAS) 新加坡全国商联总会 is a non-profit association representing merchants and hawkers operating in HDB shops and NEA hawker centres. We have 75 merchant and hawker association (MA/HA) members covering more than 70% of Singapore's heartland precincts, and work with around 20,000 retailers in HDB neighbourhood estates and 16,000 hawkers and stallholders in NEA-managed hawker centres.
