FLEX Connect Series

Welcome to FLEX — the Foundation for Leadership Excellence.

A global platform for leadership development, connection, learning, and impact.

FLEX is an acronym for Foundation for Leadership Excellence. FLEX was formed in 2004 in the United Kingdom and has since being holding seminars and workshops across the UK and United States to support the development of members and non-members alike.
FLEX was launched in Ghana in 2016 and has had much impact in the second cycle institutions and some tertiary students.

Through FLEX Connect, leadership forums, educational programs, mentorship, interviews, keynote conversations, and community initiatives, we bring together voices and ideas that shape better leaders and stronger communities.

Join the next FLEX Connect Series every last Sunday of the month.
