FIST are Newcastle’s Alt-punk spark-plugs: skate-punk speed, thrash riffs, ska grooves, and a larrikin grin.
We have played more than 80 shows since 2023, toured thousands of kilometres, and opened for The Porkers and Area 7. Our debut EP Enter The FIST (2025) put us on the map, and this year we are releasing a new single every month. Expect hardcore moments, groove-punk swings, and skate-punk riffs that belong on the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 soundtrack.
