Florida Assoc for Volunteer Resource Management

The Florida Association for Volunteer Resource Management (FAVRM) strengthens volunteer engagement across Florida by connecting, educating, and supporting professionals who lead volunteers. FAVRM gives volunteer managers opportunities to exchange ideas, build relationships, develop leadership skills, and learn effective practices for recruiting, engaging, and retaining volunteers.

We believe volunteerism strengthens organizations, communities, and those who serve. Through webinars, networking, professional resources, and statewide partnerships, FAVRM helps volunteer leaders expand their impact and advance the profession. Whether you are new to volunteer management or an experienced leader, FAVRM is your statewide network for connection, learning, and support.
