Endurance Hour with Dave Erickson

Train smarter. Recover better. Live stronger.

Welcome to Endurance Hour with Dave Erickson—my journey to stay strong, healthy, and capable in my 50s and beyond.

As a 6-time Ironman finisher and BJJ practitioner (Blue Belt), I share real workouts, personal stories, lessons learned, and products that have earned a place in my routine.

For endurance athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone pursuing fitness after 50, topics include strength, endurance, mobility, cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Power Plate, and recovery.

I’m documenting what I do, what I’m learning, and how my approach evolves—not claiming to have all the answers.
