Empower Greeley

Empower Greeley is the YES on 2F campaign channel for Greeley, Colorado.

Ballot Measure 2F is on the November 3, 2026 ballot. It would raise the City's sales and use tax by 0.6% (60 cents on a $100 purchase), excluding grocery food. The revenue can only be used for:
• The Downtown Civic Campus
• The West Greeley Catalyst Project
• Recreational, cultural and service facilities
• City parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, trails and other outdoor spaces

A citizens committee independently reviews how the money is spent. The tax ends when the Civic Campus and Catalyst financing is paid off, no later than December 31, 2067.

Our videos explain what 2F does, what it doesn't do, and what's at stake for Greeley. They're based on the ballot language and the City's published information.
