All the Emotions

At All the Emotions, we believe emotional health is just as important as physical health or academics. Our mission is to help children build the emotional awareness, vocabulary, and tools they need to grow into confident, compassionate, and resilient humans.

We create playful, practical, and age-appropriate emotional education starting for kids ages 4 and onwards—and the grown-ups who care for them.

Through our signature program, All the Emotions 101, children learn to recognize what they’re feeling, understand where those emotions come from, and discover safe, empowering ways to respond.

Whether your child is just beginning to explore their emotions or is navigating the complexity of pre-teen life, our course is designed to grow with them.
