Emory University's Youth Theological Initiative

Founded in 1993 at Emory University, the Youth
Theological Initiative was the first program of its
 kind, a place where teens could experience living
on a college campus while exploring theology
 using skills taught in seminary.

YTI’s founding belief still guides our work today:
 by introducing young people to scholarly theological
 skills using liberatory teaching methods, they will be empowered
 to create the change they
 want to see in the world.

YTI offers a variety of programs throughout the year.
