Embodied Healing with Sayrah Garrison 

Sayrah Garrison is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher. Sayrah led a weekly 5Rhythms class in Oakland (Deep Dive Oakland) from 2014-2019. During this time, she also offered special events and workshops in Oakland, Berkeley and around the SF Bay Area. She currently lives and teaches in Northern New Jersey. 

​Sayrah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and teaches yoga, meditation, music and mindfulness to the general public and to special populations in need. She is deeply committed to exploring how these profound body based practices can affect positive change in all of us and hopes that her offerings provide a fun way to explore creativity, connection and personal growth.
