The Emamzadeh Yahya Project and Online Exhibition

The mission of the Emamzadeh Yahya Project (est. 2021-present) is to increase awareness and understanding of the Emamzadeh Yahya shrine complex at Varamin and its tiles, collections, and archives, without pursuing commercial, political, or institutional objectives. The first scientific outcome of this independent project is The Emamzadeh Yahya at Varamin: An Online Exhibition of an Iranian Shrine (launched January 15, 2025 and in final stages in 2026). This website is an online exhibition, exhibition catalog, academic edited volume, and multimedia production all in one. On this channel, we present the films created for the project, which are in English, Persian, and French, and some of which include subtitles.
