Ed Baines at Randall & Aubin

Welcome to the official YouTube channel of Ed Baines at Randall & Aubin, where Ed cooks, shares recipes and takes you behind the scenes at the restaurant and on his culinary journeys.

As a young man, Ed trained in five-star hotels in Central London before going on to work in France and on the Gold Coast. Returning to the UK, he worked at Bibendum and The River Café before heading the team at Daphne’s. In 1996, he partnered with Jamie Poulton to transform a historic Soho butcher’s shop into Randall & Aubin, now one of London’s premier seafood restaurants.

Randall & Aubin is celebrating 30 years in Soho, known for fresh seafood, oysters, fruits de mer and classic French dishes. Now, Chef Patron Ed Baines is bringing the kitchen to YouTube, sharing a new recipe every week, along with cooking tips, restaurant favourites and behind-the-scenes from life at Randall & Aubin.

Please subscribe for a new recipe every week and join Ed at R&A.
