Ed Krystosik | AI Consulting & AI Audits

For AI automation agency owners and AI consultants who are done selling one-off automations.

I'm Ed Krystosik, Founder & CAIO of Audity and founder of RAC/AI. I teach boutique firms, solo up to 25 people, how to sell AI audits and AI roadmaps instead of builds: diagnose before you build, speak the CFO's language, and turn the audit into the implementation work.

Shorts most days. Longer breakdowns on how to start an AI consulting business, how to sell AI services, and how to run an AI audit a client will pay for.
