EPIC - Empowering People in Care

We are EPIC, Empowering People in Care - a national organisation working with and for children and young people who are currently in care and young adults with care experience. 

We are the only organisation providing independent direct 1:1 advocacy to Ireland's care-experienced community. Our Advocacy team works to enable children and young people to have their views and concerns heard and taken seriously, to empower them to speak for themselves, to help resolve issues and challenges they experience, and to assist them in accessing the services and resources they need and to bring about positive change in their care-experience and their lives more generally.

To advocate for the rights of children and young people in care and after-care and enable their voice to influence positive change in their own lives and in the care system.
