The European Consumer Centres Network: ECC-Net

The ECC-Net is a European network of centres that help consumers who buy goods or services across borders within the EU to know or enforce their consumer rights. If you live in the EU, Iceland, or Norway, the ECC in your country can:

- explain your rights as a consumer,
- help you settle a dispute with a seller based in another EU country (or Iceland, Norway or the UK),
- tell you who to contact if we can't help.
