WELCOME TO EAPH! (Estranged and Alienated Parents Help)

The most heartbreaking part of being an alienated parent is feeling like you have to suffer in total secrecy because the world doesn't understand the unique grief of mourning a living child.
We want to break that isolation. We have officially launched r/EAPH (Estranged and Alienated Parents Help) on Reddit.
You can browse completely anonymously, read stories from other parents who are successfully reclaiming their peace, or share your own situation without fear of judgment.
Come join our growing circle of support today. You don't have to navigate the quiet alone anymore. 🤍
