Dr. Stefi Cohen, DPT

I'm Dr. Stefi Cohen — 27x world record powerlifter and Doctor of Physical Therapy. For 15 years, I chased numbers on a barbell and built a career at the intersection of strength and rehabilitation. I've treated thousands of patients, coached elite athletes, and pushed my own body past every limit I could find. This channel is my Second Act.No federation. No weight class. No stage. Just evidence-based fitness education from someone who's lived it on both sides — the clinical and the competitive. I break down strength training, mobility, injury prevention, and longevity with the same rigor I brought to my doctorate and the same honesty I learned under a squat bar.Whether you're an athlete, a clinician, or just someone who refuses to let age write your story — you're in the right place. New videos every week.
