Dr. Niloo Dardashti

I am a consulting psychologist in NYC and nationally. My passion is helping individuals
and companies to make meaningful transformations both at home and with their workplace families, in addition to providing the media with relevant psychological understanding about pop-culture. I strongly believe that empathy is the key to lasting change in ourselves and our relationships, and that finding balance within the mind/body/soul is the closest thing there is to true enlightenment!
