DrMignite

This channel is dedicated to creating a space for us to talk about issues that we generally shy away from engaging on. Topics that are important yet very difficult to discuss and unfortunately, the less we engage about these difficult conversations, the higher the chances of things remaining the same. It is my hope that through this conversations, we grow and learn from one another, as individuals, in our families, as communities and in our society at large.
I am addressing this conversations as a Christian female and mother; with my background as a Clinical Psychologist and years of experience in the field of people management.
