Dr. Joanne Ketch - Sober Coach for Professionals

I'm Dr. Joanne “Dr. Jo” Ketch. I help professionals and executives manage stress, change their relationship with alcohol, and enjoy the lives they've worked hard to build.

If you're successful at managing responsibilities, solving problems, and leading other people—but finding it difficult to manage your own drinking or switch off at the end of the day—you're in the right place.

On this channel, we explore Executive Stress™, alcohol use, neuroscience, habits, thinking traps, and practical ways to make lasting changes.

I bring more than 20 years of clinical experience, a Doctor of Professional Counseling degree, and my own long-term recovery experience to these conversations.

You'll learn why alcohol can become a default coping strategy, why familiar approaches to change don't always last, and how to build the tools and capacity to manage stress and enjoy life without alcohol.

Welcome to Sober in the C-Suite®.
