Welcome to Dr. Helen Thomas, D.C. | Ayurveda Educator!
What is Ayurveda, and how can you make it part of everyday life? That’s what we explore here—one simple step at a time.
For nearly 45 years, I’ve studied and taught Ayurveda, helping my community in Santa Rosa, California, bring this ancient wisdom into daily living. Now, I’m sharing those lessons with you.

Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or ready to deepen your understanding, you’ll learn about:
• Your Ayurvedic body type, or constitution
• Doshas and Ayurvedic perspectives on digestion
• Foods and daily routines suited to your individual needs
• Evidence-based nutrition and longevity science

You’ll also find live sessions, practical guidance, and a growing section for advanced students.
Leave your questions in the comments, and subscribe to join our learning community. Together, we’ll explore approachable ways to support everyday well-being.
Thank you for being here!
