Dr. Patricia Turner, PhD, Calgary Psychologist

I’m Dr. Patricia Turner, a registered psychologist in private practice in Calgary, Alberta, with over 25 years of experience working with highly accomplished professionals. This channel focuses on burnout recovery, including how to recognize severe burnout symptoms, take medical leave for burnout, recover fully, prevent relapse, and return to work successfully.

The channel features From Burnout To Recovery, a 24-part video series that provides clear, practical information to help people understand burnout and recover from it. Each video is one to four minutes long.

In addition to helping clients address burnout, my clinical practice focuses on anxiety and stress, career dissatisfaction, relationship difficulties, adult giftedness, distressing experiences, mental health challenges, troubling behaviour, and depression.
