Dr. Beth Gadomski

Beth Gadomski, PsyD, is a psychologist, author, and relationship expert whose work explores how we create, sustain, change, and sometimes let go of our most meaningful relationships.

She is the author of Consenting Adults: Reimagining Commitment for People and Relationships That Defy Convention, which introduces Relational Integrity, a framework grounded in honesty, transparency, mutual consent, accountability, and care. Her work explores what happens when we bring the assumptions underlying our relationships into the open—making room for greater honesty, mutual consent, and relational integrity.

For more than two decades, Dr. Beth Gadomski has worked with people navigating relationships, sexuality, and identity, with particular expertise in relationships that fall outside conventional models.
