Don Vittorio Foundation for Wild Animals

The mission of the Don Vittorio Foundation is to connect the worlds of children and animals. We are the pioneers of a globally recognized pilot program called "Teddy Bears for Children," aimed at chronically ill children and those who are regularly or long-term present in pediatric hospital wards.

As part of the "Teddy Bears for Children" program, we implement:

1. eco-education initiatives,
2. renovations of hospital waiting rooms, which we call "Friendly Waiting Rooms,"
3. renovations of hospital playrooms, which often serve as classrooms - "Friendly Nooks,"
4. the "Let's Color Hospitals" program, which transforms gray and gloomy hallways and hospital rooms into beautiful, colorful places,
5. the "Happy Gigabytes" program, which provides children with free internet access,
6. the "My Second Legs" program, featuring our electronic volunteer - the robot LEOŚ,
and many more.

We take care of departments such as hematology, oncology, orthopedics, ICU, and others.
