DockAccess PL

Someone opens your online shop with a screen reader and gets stuck on the basket icon, because all they hear is “button”. Someone else can’t close the cookie banner without a mouse. This channel is about small things like these, the ones that turn people away from websites.

We take websites apart, find the issues, fix the code and check that the fix works. We tell you straight what an automated tool will catch and what you have to test by hand. We also break WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act down into tasks you can drop into your next sprint.

The channel is run by the DockAccess team. We audit websites and build accessibility tools for a living, so we know which mistakes keep coming up.

New laws, court rulings and WCAG changes go into our newsletter: a weekly summary, urgent news straight away. https://dockaccess.org/news/#newsletter
