Preferred Members share in all profits generated from intellectual properties financed by the company in accordance with the company's private placement memorandum. Similarly, Content Creators (writers, producers, and other principals) share in profits from each of their projects - terms are negotiated on a per-project basis.

We are raising our first of 4 funds in the amount of USD250 million. Subsequent raises increase incrementally.
