The framework exposes how silence operates in individuals, families, institutions, faith spaces, and culture, then intentionally interrupts it through truth-telling, embodied listening, and courageous action. Disruptive Silence does not rush to noise, it discerns which silences are destructive, who they serve, and what they cost. By breaking harmful silence while honouring sacred stillness, the framework restores voice, accountability, and wholeness, especially where pain has been normalized, dismissed, or hidden.
