Created by Erica Harris (TEAMS Advance) & Lisa Cassel (Cassel Care LLC), this project features people with disabilities speaking directly about their lives. 

Unlike traditional narratives focused on pity or inspiration, this film highlights real contributions to communities. Participants candidly shared daily experiences to educate & challenge misconceptions. 
See inclusion in action. Hear authentic voices. Discover how people with disabilities participate fully in society - as valued equals. Most disability representation comes from non-disabled perspectives. When you hear directly from people with disabilities, it creates inclusive communities, workplaces & true equality.
