Dee's Yoga, Strength & Balance

I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and senior fitness instructor.  I teach Chair Yoga, Get Strong and Balancing classes to seniors. 

I created this account in 2022 after YTT graduation.  I uploaded a few very raw recordings, just so you can see my humble beginnings and I decided to just keep them posted.   I will continue to add recordings that are def not perfect or full of any type of fluff.  

I am creating recordings by requests from my students, so this is for YOU!
