Dee Mepham - Move4Me Coaching

A holistic and intuitive movement coach with a special interest in corporate wellness to ignite the spark of employees, using mobility and breathing tools and techniques along with training styles for mental enrichment. I am on a mission to help transform low energy / sedentary office workers into a state of renewed and energised vitality. I started my personal fitness journey in 2017 and started working in the fitness industry in 2019. I love to keep active outside of the gym by hiking to find waterfalls or mountain top views or pumping the blood with some weights or cardio (yet to join the marathon crew). I enjoy anything that helps with mindset, recovery, wellbeing, growth (meditation, breathwork, sauna's, ice baths, reading etc).
