I’m Deborah Keene. I’ve spent over 45 years teaching and walking the path of yoga, Ayurveda, spirituality, and women’s wisdom.

What I share comes from lived experience — ancient, life-changing teachings rooted in daily practice, guided by nature’s rhythms, and shaped by real life. 
I understand anxiety, self-doubt, and what it feels like to lose connection with yourself. 

And I also know what it takes to return - to reclaim your strength, trust your inner wisdom, and live in alignment with who you truly are. 

Here you’ll find gentle movement, breath practices, nervous system support, and wisdom teachings to help you feel more steady, energized, and at home in your body.
