DearVeganTraveller

Dear Vegan Traveller,

Landing in Japan tired and hungry, staring at labels you can't read? We're Beji and Midorii, two kappas from Tokyo's rivers. Our human friend Cedric checks every place in person; we write the letters.

Label Decoder: one Japanese word you'll meet on food packs, with its stamp. AVOID, CHECK or OK. Dashi, エキス, 乳, ゼラチン and more, with readings in romaji and where each one hides.
