Dao with Janet

I’m Janet. For over 10 years, I pushed my body through gym sessions, barre, and personal training, but instead of getting stronger, I found those workouts were only draining me faster. When my high-stress corporate career finally broke my health, I spent a year trying everything from Western medicine to herbal therapies with absolutely no luck.

Then I found Wudang Zhenqi Dao. It gave me the rapid, measurable healing that nothing else could touch.

On this channel, we share free, follow-along routines of Qigong Ba Duan Jin and Tai Ji Ba Shi. I break down exactly why each movement works so you aren't just following commands.
