Billy is a Safety Manager, Industrial and Commercial Electrician, and lifelong storyteller. Together with his wife, he founded Dancing Winds Books, a publishing brand dedicated to capturing life’s most meaningful lessons — from family legacies and bilingual trades to faith, relationships, and professional development.

Drawing on his years in the field and in leadership, Billy creates books that combine real-world experience with heartfelt purpose. Whether it’s guiding a parent or grandparent to record their life story, helping readers grow through bilingual learning, inspiring reflection with Christian coloring books, strengthening love in relationships, or equipping leaders with behavior-based safety tools, his mission is the same: to help people preserve what matters most and put wisdom into action.

When he’s not writing, Billy enjoys mentoring others in safety, working with his hands, and sharing stories and laughter with his family.
