The Training and Placement Committee at Delhi University School of Open Learning (DU SOL) is a dedicated and proactive body committed to enhancing its students' employment and professional readiness. Recognizing the importance of practical exposure and industry interaction, the Training and Placement Committee serves as a bridge between academic learning and real-world career opportunities. 

Through networking events, guest lectures, and industry interactions, the committee aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the professional landscape and the specific requirements of various industries. It also engages in career counselling, resume-building workshops, and interview cracking workshops to ensure that students are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
